1. On the computer, print out your menu and copy on a copy machine. 2. Using the pattern provided, cut out the fan shape from foam core and the red, white and blue scrapbook paper with craft knife. 3. Mod Podge the paper to the foam core. Allow to dry. 4. Using the zig zag scissors, cut out a 7" x 5½" rectangle from the red paper. 5 Using the regular scissors, cut out the menu to 5 1/4" x 3 1/3". 6. Mod Podge the red paper to the center of the fan. Allow to dry and the add the menu on top again using the Mod Podge. 7. Punch out 12 stars and Mod Podge to the edge of the menu paper. Refer to photo for placement. Apply a final coat of Mod Podge to entire front of fan. Allow to dry and then hot glue a raffia bow to the bottom of the menu. Hot glue the fan to the Popsicle stick.
