2. Stamp leaf pattern and letters on white card stock with black ink, leaving room between letters to cut out with circle punch. Emboss with clear powder using heat tool.

3. Center each letter in circle die cut and punch out. Transfer tag pattern to leaf patterned stock and cut out. Punch ¼” hole at end. Cut other end with scalloped pinking shears.

4. Stamp Happy Birthday to dark olive stock with black ink and emboss with clear powder. Cut out rectangle around words. Wrap and glue silver cording as shown. Punch one aqua dot with ¼” hole punch and apply as shown using pop dot. Attach entire greeting to tag using pop dots.

5. Transfer circle pattern to light olive, dark olive, pink, red , aqua and yellow cardstock. Cut out with scalloped pinking shears and carefully cut between each scallop towards center of each circle. Lightly bend each petal up. Transfer leaf pattern to dark olive stock and cut out.

6. Attach each letter to center of scalloped backgrounds as shown with pop dot.

7. Lightly glue 3 silver trim strips down front of gift bag as shown. Attach “F”, “R” and “O” in you as shown using pop dots. Glue remaining letters and leaf to bag.

8. Tie gift tag to handle with satin ribbon.
